all custom-painted pieces are made-to-order on brand-new pairs of shoes/garments.
our objective is quality first— ensuring customer satisfaction with every piece.
it’s important to remember that each piece is an investment in artwork and not a product.
we will not repair and/or refund a piece that has been mistreated.
commission deposits are non-refundable—
once a deposit is paid—
the client is responsible for paying the remaining balance upon completion.
once your request form is submitted—
we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
we will then communicate the next steps to complete your request.
